How to create an signiture on Microsoft Office Outlook
How to create a signature on outlook >Outlook >File >Options Then there should be an option menu pop up, >Mail >Signatures, Then bar comes up asking for a name for your signature, Type in the name of your signature and click ok, Then in the box labelled ‘edit signature’ type the message or attachment you would like to appear as your signature, Edit the font or size to your liking, Add email/contact number or any information on, you can add pictures by clicking the last button on the right of the toolbar, Click the down box on where it says ‘new message’ and select your signature, Then do the same for the box entitled ‘replies/forwards’, ‘save’ ‘ok’ Then click to write a new message and your signature should be done!
