emailing alows you to send out emails to anyone as long as they have your email, and with email being on sights such as facebook or twitter, it allows many people around the world to know your email adress, phishing emails may come through to your inbox, phishing emails are emails asking fo your personal information such as credit card numbers descised as a genuine email, do not put any information in these emails as they are fraud. also emails containing virusus may come through, if you getr any emails from an adress you diont recognise, delete it before you even open it because upon opening on of these emails you could unknowingly download a virus wich could ruin all your files on your comoputer and in some surcumstances even stop your computer from working.
How to actach a file or picture to your Outlook email
Start with a new message in Outlook. this works with Outlook 2007-2010, Go to the Insert tab of the message's toolbar. Click Attach File, or Click the paperclip at the top of the page under the toolbar, choose the file or picture you would like and it should then apear in your chosen email.

A BCC (blind carbon copy; also Bcc) is a copy of an email message sent to someone whose email address does not appear in the message. How to create a signature on outlook >Outlook >File >Options Then there should be an option menu pop up, >Mail >Signatures, Then bar comes up asking for a name for your signature, Type in the name of your signature and click ok, Then in the box labelled ‘edit signature’ type the message or attachment you would like to appear as your signature, Edit the font or size to your liking, Add email/contact number or any information on, you can add pictures by clicking the last button on the right of the toolbar, Click the down box on where it says ‘new message’ and select your signature, Then do the same for the box entitled ‘replies/forwards’, ‘save’ ‘ok’ Then click to write a new message and your signature should be done!
